Order and Delivery Conditions
Prices
We price our products to be competitively priced. Therefore, we do not make offers for orders under €2000; instead, we deliver products at the prices listed on our website. For orders over €2000, it is possible to request a quote. However, we are unable to provide significant discounts. We can, however, supply many parts that are not listed on our website. If you want parts that are not found on our site, you can inquire about them via phone, email, or at our store.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to correct the price after the order if there has been a clear mistake in pricing, and the price can be considered exceptionally low compared to the general price level (Contractual Act §32).
Order
An order can be placed either directly via email or using the shopping cart available on our website!
The customer must be at least 18 years old. If the order is placed by a minor, they must provide a power of attorney signed by a guardian upon request.
Customized machine packages over €3000 are defined as special orders, with a deposit/advance payment of 10% of the machine package value. The deposit is non-refundable if the order is canceled by the customer!
Delivery
Delivery is made either through DPD or Itella with cash on delivery, prepaid through online banking, or via credit card through the Verifone payment service. Please note that shipping large packages is often significantly cheaper with Itella.
You will receive an automatic notification of the shipment from Itella and DPD, which will also include the tracking code.
If desired, products can also be picked up from our collection service store. You will be notified when the order is ready for pickup. Payment can be made at the time of pickup, with debit cards, VISA/VISA Electron, and MasterCard accepted. Remember to bring identification when picking up a prepaid order from our collection service store.
If you cannot pick up your order yourself, please provide a power of attorney with your order number, signature, and the information of the person picking it up. Tax-free purchases for products sent outside the EU are possible when purchased in-store.
Delivery Time
We strive to deliver ordered products within 1-4 working days (machine packages 1-4 weeks). You can see the product stock level and estimated delivery time in the product information window.
We aim to inform you if the processing time of the order is longer than promised via email, phone, or as a general notice on our website. If for some reason we do not contact you after that time, a quick call or email can quickly clarify the matter!
To ensure communication, the customer is required to provide their contact information so that they can be easily reached. Please remember that for products with a stock level of 0, the delivery time may be significantly longer. Adding such a product to an order can greatly delay delivery, and no separate notification will be given regarding the delay.
Warranty Terms
Generally, our products have a minimum of a 1-year warranty. You can see the specific warranty for the product in the product description and on the receipt. However, exceptions include special products such as pre-tested products (processors, graphics cards, memory, etc.) and pre-installed cooling solutions (e.g., graphics cards), which have a warranty limited to three months unless otherwise stated. See also the special warranty conditions for pre-tuned machine packages in the product description.
The warranty always starts from the date of purchase (for products delivered via Itella or DPD) or when the product is picked up from us or delivered to the customer. As a general rule, we will replace a defective product with the same or a comparable product with similar features.
The warranty for a replaced product does not start over but continues based on the original purchase date.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by wear and tear, software issues, or user errors from the customer’s own installation or usage.
The warranty product must always be in its original condition. Any modifications made by the customer to the product void the warranty for that product (e.g., cooling elements removed/replaced, serial number or other identification label missing either entirely or partially).
In assembled machine packages, the responsibility for identifying a defective part and the resulting costs lies with the assembler of the package.
In warranty returns, the RMA application form available on our website must always be completed first to identify the potential defect. You will receive more detailed return instructions in the return message. We will always check the reported defect in the product first. Returns must include contact information, a defect description, and a copy of the receipt. Returns must be packed carefully!
Cancellation and Return Terms
Products purchased from the online store and the physical store have a 14-day right of cancellation and exchange from the date of receipt of the product. If the product or products are delivered in several batches, the 14-day period is calculated from the receipt of the last batch. Weekends and holidays are included in the calculation of the right of cancellation, excluding the receipt date. To comply with the deadline, it is sufficient that the cancellation notification is made within the specified time.
You can notify of a cancellation using the cancellation form delivered with the shipment or informally. Simply returning the goods or not picking them up without a clear cancellation notice is not sufficient. It is the customer’s responsibility to show that a cancellation notice has been made if necessary. No reason needs to be given for the cancellation. The customer must show the receipt date of the products.
The customer must keep the received product substantially unchanged and undiminished until they decide to keep the item. The product is not considered used if the customer has only handled the product as necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functionality. If the item has changed substantially or diminished in value, Suomen Pelitsekotekoet OY may charge the customer an amount equivalent to the decrease in the item’s value. If the item has changed due to use, rendering it unsellable, Suomen Pelitsekotekoet OY may refuse to refund the amount paid by the consumer. When returning bundle and game promotional products, all products included in the campaign must be returned.
The right of cancellation does not apply to sealed computer software, games, audio recordings, or video recordings that have been unsealed. The right of cancellation also does not apply to sealed hygiene products (e.g., earphones) that have been unsealed. Furthermore, the right of cancellation does not apply to products made or modified according to the customer’s requirements or clearly tailored to the customer’s personal needs (e.g., computers or cooling assemblies assembled for the customer). The customer may also lose the right of cancellation in other cases specified in Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act.
If the customer provides a company name when placing the order, it is considered that the order is for the company. In case of return, please fill out the RMA application. Return requests will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Returning products is primarily free of charge for the customer. Products must be returned to Suomen Pelitsekotekoet OY via Itella’s customer returns service, well-packed according to the given instructions, or by bringing the product directly to the store. Suomen Pelitsekotekoet OY reserves the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs if the product has clearly been used or if the return is otherwise unjustified. Products must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice has been made. The deadline is considered met if the customer sends the products back before the end of the 14-day period.
The customer is only responsible for any decrease in the value of the product that is a result of anything other than handling necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods. The product packaging must be opened neatly, preserving the original packaging and protective materials. Any transport damages must be immediately reported to the transport company and Suomen Pelitsekotekoet OY.
If your order includes products with an availability estimate marked as “not confirmed,” this practically means that we are currently unable to confirm the estimated delivery time for the product. It is possible that the ordered product cannot be delivered at all, so our customer service will look for possible substitutes and will contact you separately regarding your order. However, if no substitute product can be found, we regretfully have to cancel your order.
If a customer cancels a contract, Suomen Pelitsekotekoet OY will refund all payments received from the customer, excluding additional delivery costs or other services already rendered, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after Suomen Pelitsekotekoet OY receives the cancellation notice. Suomen Pelitsekotekoet OY will make the refund using the payment method that the customer used in the original transaction unless the customer has expressly agreed to another method, and in any case in such a way that the customer does not incur costs for the refund. However, Suomen Pelitsekotekoet OY may withhold the refund until Suomen Pelitsekotekoet OY has received the returned product or the customer has provided evidence that they have returned the product, whichever occurs first.
Applicable Law
The law of Finland applies to these terms. If the customer and Suomen Pelitsekotekoet OY cannot resolve any disputes concerning these terms and conditions through negotiations, the customer may submit their complaint to the Consumer Disputes Board or another competent authority.
